Delay in Utility Billing


As of Friday, January 29, the Village of Wilmette discovered that the Post Office's Central Processing Facility in Palatine failed to mail approximately 700 utility bills that were issued on January 14th. The bills were for the period of 10/9/09 - 1/13/10 with a due date of Friday, January 29. The Village has adjusted the due date to February 15 to allow our customers a reasonable amount of time to pay these bills. To view your bill online, click on the link below.
