The Village of Wilmette has launched new features of its Citizen/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. The new features include a mobile app (available for Apple and Android devices) and a citizen portal on the Village’s website. These features will give customers even more methods of interacting with the Village and requesting service. After requests are entered into the app or citizen portal, residents will receive an incident number that they can use for tracking purposes or to follow-up with staff. Customers may also view existing incidents on a map to see what issues are being reported by other residents.
