Over the years it has been amended to its present form. The Ordinance contains thirteen zoning districts in four general categories: five residential districts denoted R through R-4; four commercial districts denoted NR, VC, GC1, and GC2; one office district denoted OR; and three planned commercial districts denoted PCD1 through PCD3. The majority of land located within the Village is zoned R1. Please see the Zoning Map to determine the zoning of your property.
