The Village Green Atrium is a 35-unit condominium building for those 62 years of age and older. There are 25 one-bedroom units and 10 two-bedroom units. The Village of Wilmette, as the Resale Entity, has the option to purchase units. When the Village chooses to purchase a unit, the purchase price is determined by a formula contained in the Condominium Declaration. The Village offers the unit for sale to those on a waiting list. The waiting list is prioritized by residency: current Wilmette residents, former Wilmette residents, parent of a Wilmette resident, and then those with no Wilmette connection. Each residency category is broken down into income ranges. There is no income limit to join the waiting list, but lower incomes receive a higher priority.
