Dear Wilmette Resident:
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Village’s stormwater open house. Over 166 residents attended the three separate meetings and provided valuable feedback regarding the challenges associated with our storm and sanitary sewer systems. During the next few months, the Village’s consulting firm, Christopher B. Burke Engineering Ltd, will survey the storm sewer system, meter storm flows and prepare the hydraulic model. Once an initial assessment of the storm system has been made, a public meeting will be held to discuss the findings. We anticipate holding the next meeting in July or August. You will be notified of the meeting details once they are determined.
Thank you again for your participation in our study. We are dedicated to improving drainage conditions in your area.
