Building Code Board of Appeals Meeting
Agenda:
a) Case #2013-BCBA-01, a request by Morgante Wilson Architects, LTD, 430 Sheridan Road for a variance to Wilmette Village Code Housing and Building Regulations, Chapter 9, Section 9-9.5 to allow a walkway of less than 4’ around an in-ground pool.
b) Case #2013-BCBA-02, a request by Classic Engineering, LLC,3205 Old Glenview Road for a variance to Wilmette Village Code Housing and Building Regulations, Chapter 9, Section 9-6.1(i) and Section 9-6.1(j), to allow the use of plastic pipe on the domestic water system of a hotel.
c) Case #2013-BCBA-03, a request by Classic Engineering, LLC, 3205 Old Glenview Road for a variance to 2006 International Building Code Section 1017.4 and International Mechanical Code (IMC) Section 403.3 to allow corridor air to be used as a plenum for the means of supplying the outdoor ventilation air required by IMC Section 403.3.
