Trustee Alan Swanson
Al has been a Trustee since 2005. He is the chairman of the Land Use Committee, and a member of the Municipal Services, the Administration and the Intergovernmental Coordination Committees. He previously served as Chair of the village’s Transportation Commission. Al has lived in Wilmette since 1992 with his wife Janet Rassenfoss, and their two children. He is a licensed Civil Engineer with a Masters Degree in Traffic Engineering and is a principal in a Chicago-based Engineering-Architecture consulting firm.
