On Friday, October 27, 2017 Housing Opportunity Development Corporation (HODC) submitted supplemental material regarding their PUD Preliminary Plan Application for the property at 1925 Wilmette Avenue that was submitted in October of 2016. The material includes a letter amending the application by eliminating the parking and service easement on the adjacent shopping center property and revised site and engineering plans. The PUD request now includes parking relief and a turnaround area in front of the building for service vehicles.
HODC’s PUD request has tentatively been scheduled before the Plan Commission on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. The new materials and previously submitted application can be viewed here. Copies of the new material can be found here.
