On Friday, October 27, 2017 Housing Opportunity Development Corporation (HODC) submitted supplemental material regarding their PUD Preliminary Plan Application for the property at 1925 Wilmette Avenue that was submitted in October of 2016. The material includes a letter amending the application by eliminating the parking and service easement on the adjacent shopping center property and revised site and engineering plans. The PUD request now includes parking relief and a turnaround area in front of the building for service vehicles.
The January 16, 2018 Plan Commission meeting that was set to hear the PUD request has been rescheduled to Tuesday, March 6th, and if necessary Thursday, March 22, 2018. These meetings will be held in the Council Chambers and broadcast live on WCTV-6 and online.
