Preliminary PUD Application Materials

On Friday, November 22, 2019 Optima submitted a PUD Preliminary Plan Application for the property at 1210 Central Avenue. The proposal is for a mixed-use building containing 108 dwelling units and approximately 7,347 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The following materials were submitted to the Village as part of the Preliminary Application.

On Wednesday, October 23, 2019 Optima submitted a Planned Unit Development (PUD) pre-application meeting request. The pre-application request concerns the property at 1210 Central Avenue (International Bank). The PUD pre-application meeting is an internal Village process established to provide initial, informal comments from Village staff to the PUD applicant before preparation of a formal application. Please note that no public hearings will be scheduled until such time that a formal PUD application is submitted by Optima.
