The Village has received the Planned Unit Development (PUD) pre-application submittal from Optima for 721-739 Green Bay Road (former site of Imperial Motors). The proposal is for Verdana Phase 2, a concept similar to the new Optima Verdana building nearing completion at 1210 Central Avenue (Central and Green Bay). The pre-application materials can be found in the link below.

The first step of the process is a staff review of the submittal. If the application continues to move forward, the Plan Commission will hold at least one public hearing on the proposed PUD. No public hearings have been scheduled yet.
