On August 24, 2016 Housing Development Opportunities Corporation (HODC) submitted a Planned Unit Development (PUD) pre-application meeting request. The PUD pre-application meeting is an internal Village process established to provide initial, informal comments from Village staff to the PUD applicant before preparation of a formal application. In addition, the Village was informed that HODC has scheduled two community meetings to discuss their revised proposal – information about those meetings can be found here. Please note that no public hearings will be scheduled until such time that a formal Planned Unit Development application is submitted by HODC.
