The Village maintains an online citizen request system that allows for easy submission and tracking of requests. Using a computer you can access the online portal here. You can also use our My311 app on Android and iOS devices. Alternatively, you can call (847) 251-2700 to speak with an employee.

The Village’s 311 system is for non-emergency requests only and is not monitored during non-business hours or on weekends.
